& After" Reviews
This technique requires dedication and time, however
I am yet to find anything as powerful as following the BRE program
yourself, taking a before and after photo and detailing your success
in a review.
The conversions and therefore sales achieved by this
technique surpass anything I've come across by far. It's not unusual
for an affiliate who can actually show BRE working in a real life
situation to achieve a conversion ratio of over 9%. So for every
100 visitors who read the review 9 purchase, that's a big commission
check.

Body Re-Engineering Review

Body Re-Engineering is Hugo Rivera's e-book system
which is based on years of training and dieting experience as a
natural bodybuilder. This system discloses the exact training and
dieting methods that Hugo created through trial and error and which
built Hugo’s physique without the use of performance enhancing
anabolic steroids.
The interesting thing is that Hugo was my first training
partner and the one who taught me the ropes, so to speak. I recall
when he used to be overweight and then anorexic, so please do not
think that he was blessed with the best genetics. As a matter of
fact, the first time we went to a gym together, Hugo was told by
the owner that while he admired his work ethic, he had no genetics
for size. Also, everyone would tell us how without steroids it was
impossible to add size.
However, Hugo would disregard all comments and relentlessly
researched and read everything he could get his hands on regarding
training and nutrition. He would then devise training, nutrition
and supplement strategies that we would both try out. He always
planned and I would simply follow. Some strategies worked, some
didn’t, but that would not stop Hugo from researching further
in order to see what would make our bodies tick.
By the time we were 19 years old, we were way bigger
than when we started. However I went on to get married and moved
away. Though Hugo had figured out by then how to get big, he had
not fine tuned the “losing fat without losing muscle”
part of the equation. Hugo went on to figure that part out on his
own and after he helped many people get in shape through the use
of his principles, that is when he decided to put his e-book system
together.
Many years later I found him through his site and
by that time, I was divorced and badly out of shape. We reconnected
and that is when Hugo introduced me to Body Re-Engineering.

What I liked the most from reading the e-book was
the simple way in which he described how to set up your diet. To
me, getting the diet part right was always the most challenging
endeavor. However, by following the instructions laid out, I easily
was able to figure out my numbers. Best of all, at first I could
not handle all of the food but Hugo told me that it was most important
that I kept eating. I also was nervous about increasing my calories
for two days out of the week, but once again, that worked as well.
The training routines were tough, but the results
gained kept me coming back for more and motivated me to work even
harder. In addition, I loved the fact that I was in and out of the
gym, at times, within 35-40 minutes!
The supplements recommended were nothing extravagant.
Simply some multiple vitamins and minerals, extra vitamin C, chromium
picolinate, flaxseed oil and some creatine and glutamine that I
started to take after 4 months on the program. That’s it!
At times, because of my job, I would have a meal replacement shake
here and there but I relied mostly on real foods. I kept bugging
Hugo to see if I needed anything else, but he would keep telling
me to stick to this so that is what I did.
The end result was that after 6 months of
solid training I gained over 25 lbs of muscle and lost over 35 lbs
of fat! A year and a half later I looked so good that I
started to get questions from everybody on how to get in shape.
That is when I decided to become a personal trainer. I also decided
to try my luck at some bodybuilding shows, and as a result, I just
recently won my first competition and I am now qualified to do the
Mr. USA and the Nationals. By looking at pictures of how badly out
of shape I used to be, who would have thought? Unlike other competitors,
by using this system I keep in shape year round so I never lose
my abs. In addition, I never feel deprived from foods (and trust
me, I like to eat). I’ve simply learned to make smart food
choices as opposed to bad ones.
So whether you are a guy or a girl (and my training
partner is a girl and you should see the results of this system
on her), and whether your goal is to tone up quick and lose fat
to get a nice looking body for the beach or to get big and shredded
to enter some bodybuilding shows, this system will maximize your
potential in no time. The workouts are all laid out clearly so there
is no guesswork and the exercises are basic free weight exercises
that you can do at a well equipped home gym. The diet section is
very clear so you will not need a degree to be able to figure out
your nutrition plan. The supplements section cuts through the B.S.
out there and shows you which ones are the few supplements that
are needed to make gains. To this day, I am amazed at how few of
the countless amounts of supplements in the market are actually
worth it.
Is the training hard? You have to work hard, no doubt
about it, but then again, you are in and out of the gym quickly
and if this would be an easy endeavor then everyone would look good
right? Any system that promises results with no work I would be
suspicious of. However, I can guarantee you that if you put effort
into following everything that is prescribed in this system, you
will be amazed at the person who will be looking back at you in
the mirror. I still cannot believe that I look like this and neither
the people that knew me from when I was out of shape.
