What we put in our body is what we become. This statement holds true due to the fact that our primary health relies on proper nutrition, and what we eat is what our body absorbs for energy to perform specific everyday functions. We also take medicine for our illnesses, but it doesn’t mean that these medicines only cure and not bring any adverse side-effects to our body. In fact, one would be surprised to learn that no matter how miniscule the amount of toxin or waste in our body, it will all eventually add up and lead to organ damage that would be detrimental to your health.
