Can I follow your program whatever country I am in?

Yes you can. The foods I recommend in BRE are pretty standard, nothing esoteric or hard to get hold of. Lean proteins, fish, meat poultry, vegetables, potatoes etc, really nothing that can't be found anywhere in the world.

I have customers in 80 countries all following the BRE program, I dont' think as yet I've had one person say they could not get hold of the foods I recommend.

Same goes for supplements. Many people seem to think you need to cram yourself with every pill on the market to gain muscle mass and lose fat but in fact quite the contrary is true. Most supplements are a waste of time and money, I do explain a few that are worthwhile and can help, especially healthy fats, but in truth what I do recommend is very basic and can be purchased in most supermarkets and you wont' suffer greatly if you use none.
