Can I get a six pack from this program?
Getting great abdominals is accomplished by losing enough body fat to reveal the layer of muscles in our abdominal wall.  This is accomplished through a combination of the following factors:
  1. A great diet tailored to your specific metabolism with the correct macronutrient ratios, as the one I recommend on the BRE system.
  2. A good weight training routine that has you in the gym for 45-60 minutes at least three times a week, with an abdominal program that is performed at least 3 times a week as well.
  3. Enough cardio built into the program to start the fat loss process and burn some extra calories. 20-30 minutes, 3 times a week at a challenging pace should start producing results. For those of us with a slower metabolism, we may need up to 45 minutes 6-7 times a week.

As long as you follow all of the instructions offered in the system for fat loss, you will lose enough body fat to be able to see your abdominal wall.  There is no magic pill or secret machine for great abdominals..it is just combining the three items above, applying your determination and working hard in order to get down low enough in body fat percentage.
